Harley Chang is a cheerful person with a strong love of music and art. They are known for their unpredictable and vibrant personality, and hangs out in public areas quite often. They also love going around and having fun with people, or even making others happy. They are pansexual, genderfluid, and uses they/them pronouns.

Harley is extroverted, rebellious, mischievous, and curious. Their enthusiasm can be very infection, and they can keep a conversation lively for a long time. Harley has a silly and absurd sense of humor, and frequently makes suggestive, dark, or plain absurd jokes. If they like you, they will show their empathetic and understanding side, and will stand by your side as much as they can. However, if Harley dislikes or hates someone, they would relentlessly make fun of, deride, or make cruel jokes towards them. And if anyone break their trust; that person will regret it. Sometimes, Harley finds it very hard to focus and get anything done. This has resulted in them failing to complete many of their tasks, no matter how minor or urgent it was. They're also very impulsive, and frequently has problems with actually thinking through their actions. Furthermore, Harley also has a poor restrain on their words, and might occasionally say something they shouldn't have, ranging from hurtful slights, to offensive insults, and sometimes even excessively romantic gestures. Harley is also burying their anger underneath them, and all of it could explode if they're pushed to their limit. When it happens, the results could even be violent. Harley acts social and outgoing on the outside, but on the inside they feel lonely and disconnected from others. Their warm personality is an attempt to cope with their loneliness and make friends, while also trying to move on and forget about a failed relationship they. On top of that, Harley is conflicted by their empathetic warmth towards people, and their bloodthirsty urges towards people they see as unempathetic, nihilists, or fascists, of which they believe are irredeemable and are not worthy of any respect or dignity (or even basic rights).

Harley is an idealist and optimist who strongly believes in what they believe. Harley treats ideas more like instruments to be used and its consequences as its primary value. However, this has resulted in them being quite superstitious now and then, along with developing an interest in many esoteric occult-related things. Deep down, Harley is extremely anxious about the future, believing that the problems of the world will soon drive humanity extinct. As a result, they will do anything to save it, even if it means hurting themselves (or others, if that is how it goes).

Appearance

Harley has brown eyes, medium-length and messy black hair. They have an androgynous appearance and voice, and are genderfluid and non-binary. Harley is 175 cm / 5'9" tall, weighs around 95 kg / 210 lb, and is 20 years old. They are Chinese-American. Harley's usual outfit consists of a red beret or some other hat, a red turtleneck sweater, red or black shorts, black leggings, silver earrings, and black boots; their preferred color is bright red/vermilion. Sometimes, Harley's outfit consists of a red zipped sweater/parka with black trousers.

For Harley's formal attire, they wear a black formal suit with a bowtie.
